It's Picnic Time!

Hi everyone ~ Kelly here today!
Hasn't it been wonderful seeing all the fabulous Fall
and Halloween creations here on the blog :)
It definitely feels like Autumn with the pumpkins,
witches, mummies and more!
There's also a new little crispness to the air,
a perfect time to head outdoors ~
especially to the park to have a little picnic ♥

Today's creation is a fun little 'picnic basket' I made from
plain 'ol cardstock, tombo and brads :)
It stands up to hold the cards to use as needed
and is super easy to make.
Inside is a simple set of notecards meant for
jotting down a little note and sharing with a friend or colleague.
To make the cards, I used 4 Just for Fun stamps:
Stamptangle Fancy Pear and Macintosh apple
with coordinating sentiments "Let's Talk"
and "We're a perfect pair".
On the front is the sideview butterfly stamped twice, colored
and then propped up on 3d foam dots w/ a little piece of twine.
The cards are stamped out onto the dsp and 'paper pieced'.

I wish you lovely outdoor fun and
a safe, festive and fun weekend!

  Big hugs,
~Kelly
