Easter Artist and Dies

So as you may already know our monthly challenge for March is to use Die Cuts on your project which was just perfect for me, especially since I got a new Big Shot for Xmas, so I grabbed my Just For Fun stamps and a couple of flag dies and got right to work.

Don't you just love that Bunny Artist stamp?? I mean I loved it and then I stamped it and fell even more in love with it.

For this card I decided to pull out my super dated "All Season's 3" paper line from The Paper Studio. I paired this designer paper with some neon green paper that I had in my stash and it worked out really nice. I layered all of the DSP together and took some extra paper and used my large flag die cut to cut out not only a pattern border but also the white bunny image (which allowed my stamped piece to fit into my flagged piece.)

As far as the image goes I stamped it using Archival Black ink and used my Shi Han alcohol markers to color it in. I used a lighter and darker shade of the pink and the grey to provide a little bit of shading. I then topped it all off by adding some "Cats and Bats" teal dots.

Thanks for stopping by today. I hope you were inspired to come along and play with our monthly challenge.

Happy Crafting!
