April Daisies - Stamping Two Ways

Hello from design team member, Heidi!  Did you know that the daisy is the birth flower for April?  They are such fun flowers to stamp with.  Today I used a daisy stamp for two different style cards.

My first card is very clean and simple.  I heat embossed the daisy on three colors of cardstock, cut them into squares and mounted them onto black frames.  I then used a daisy embossing folder underneath to create an interesting spot to arrange my flowers.

My second card is more organic.  I colored my daisies with alcohol markers and fussy cut them out.  I then stamped the tattered screen background stamp in tan, and arranged my flowers from corner to corner.  This reminds me of a daisy chain!

The stamp is from this set, Flora and Fauna Unmounted Sheet, which has to be my favorite set of stamps from Just for Fun.  Look at all those lovely flowers, foliage and a couple bugs!
