Happy Father's Day!

Today I have a card to share with you.

Sorry for the image quality. My camera is not cooperating today so I took this photo with my cell phone.
On to the details. I stamped the Tread image from RB7007- Background Block 2 with black ink onto white cardstock then I distressed the edges with Vintage Photo. I used Spellbinders Die Template Sprightly Sprockets to create the accent from silver Craft Foil then stamped the sentiment B-2898- Happy Father’s Day on white cardstock and layered onto black cardstock which was die cut with Standard Circles SM and LG.

Ships Ahoy Dad....

This coming weekend is Father's Day
I thought it might be fun to make a neat card using this sailing ship.

I stamped the image on a piece of a paint chip scrap that I used earlier this week making an altered clipboard.  The extra two bits were cut from the original piece and flipped end for end for an added bit of interest.

I hope you all have a wonderful weekend!

So Retro Father's Day Card!

Hi Everyone!

Can you believe it's June already?  Seems like this year has just flown by!

Well the calendar tells us that Father's Day is approaching quickly so I thought it would be a great time to combine a few JFF images and create this nifty 50's card for my Dad....

JFF Stamps used:  57 Chevy; Diner; Nifty Daddy-O Sentiment; Service With a Smile (waitress).

I used Distress Stains and Pens to color the images.

Have a wonderful day all!
Hope you have a chance to get inky!!

Dear Friend

Hello Everyone!

Janine here with a card for you today.

This card features on of our new sentiment stamps which you can find here. I love the unmounted sheets, you get so many images at a great price. I used one of the flower images from Windowsill Garden Pots stamp then colored it with Copic markers.

After I colored the pot I then took my Blender pen, holding the tip of the brush end in place for a few seconds to make the color move away from the area thus creating the spots on the pot.
