Thanksgiving Ideas

Hi it's Roxie here and I have a couple Thanksgiving cards to show you today.
It's getting close to that time of year when quick cards come in handy and that's what I consider this one.

Sponge distress ink in three shades using a stencil and with the darkest shade at the bottom.  Stamp on the leaves using the masking technique, stamp the sentiment and the panel is ready.

Paper: Recollections - heavy weight cream, Die Cuts with a View - textured rust, Imagine That - designer paper
Ink: Memento - Rich Cocoa, Ranger Distress Ink - Rusty Hinge, Wild Honey, Scattered Straw
Stencil: JBS, Brads: The Paper Studio, Borders cut using the Perfect Layers tools from Perfect Paper Crafting

Gelly Plate, brayer and acrylic paints with a mesh stencil were used to create the mixed media background.  When dry a paper perforator was used to distress the edges and distress ink to darken the panel and die cuts.
