Ice Skaters and a Kitty Bookmark

Hello everyone! I hope you had a wonderful Christmas and got to spend time with your loved ones yesterday!

Ellie here today, my turn to share a creation with you using stamps from Just for Fun, and some fun products from Altered Pages who we are teaming up with this month.

I just absolutely love the stamp I used for today's card - Ice Skaters from JFF. It's been colored with Grumbacher watercolor paints. I inked the edges with distress inks. Glitter was applied to the snow.
The beautiful designer paper is from Altered Pages. I used a die to cut out banners from a sheet of burlap, which is also available at Altered Pages.

Just for Fun Products:
Ice Skaters, unmounted sentiments sheet 1

Altered Pages Products:
designer paper, burlap - both avail. at Altered Pages

I wanted to share something else with you, a little bookmark that I made for my daughter. I simply decorated a tag from Altered pages using stamps from Just For Fun and other products from Altered Pages.
The cute vintage kitty image is from a collage sheet available at Altered Pages. Aren't they adorable!!
Here is the product list complete with links to JFF and Altered Pages.

Stamps by JFF:
Michelanglo script, Berry Branch

Products by Altered Pages:

Christmas card and tags

Hi all! I hope your day has been treating you good! This is Alexia here today to share some projects with you. I'm glad to be part of this cross promotion that JFF is having with Altered Pages this month, many inspiring projects from both companies. Thankful for the beautiful products to work with.

Today I want to share this card that I created for Christmas using JFF's poinsettia stamp and Altered Pages' cardstock. I love this stamp very much, it's large enough to be used on cards and since it's the stamp is large, it is easier to color it with alcohol markers (because I'm not really good at coloring! lol but I enjoyed coloring this one).

Second project are these tags, perfect to go with gift giving! I specifically love the blue Santa because I'm so used to looking at red Santa, this is special and one of my favorite colors is blue! :)

I hope you like the projects I'm sharing today, have a Happy Wednesday!

to incorporate into our JFF cards and projects -

goodies, including the tag itself, ribbon, mid-century shopping girl
collage designs and burlap.
I added some sparkly paper and sequins to give it a little extra bling :)

Next up, I've created a yummy card with the House Ornament
from JFF stamps.
I've used some of the AP supplies, such as the papers,
bazzill edges, library card holder and ribbon ~
nestled onto a card of dsp and cardstock.
The stickles I added give the gingerbread house a little extra sparkle!

Thanks for stopping by today
and have a wonderful Holiday Season! ♥

Christmas Tags

Roxie here today and I have some Christmas tags and ornaments to show you created with Just For Fun Rubber Stamps images and some products from Altered Pages.

The snowman tag's background was created using a Memory Box snowflake stencil and Ranger Distress Inks and the snow is torn paper with Stickles on the torn edge.

The tree was created by tearing pieces of Vintage Text Pages and rolling them into tubes, gluing the ends together and then gluing to the card and decorating.  The trunk is Burlap glued to the background paper.

Image: Just For Fun Rubber Stamps - Classic Snowman
Coloring: Copics - scarf - BV17,11, BG09,07, holly leaves - G29,37,35, berries - R89,85,83, candy cane - R39,37,35, snowman - B32 and blender, creeks - RV00,000, stake - C6,5,4, sign C0,000
Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black for snowman, Ranger Distress Inks: backgrund - Salty Ocean, Shaded Lilac, tree - Evergreen Bough
Papers: Altered Pages:  Tags Assortment Packs, Beckett Expressions Radiance for snowman, Die Cuts with a View - glitter paper
Tools: border - Perfect Paper Crafting - Perfect Layers Mini, Perfect Cutting Mat, Xacto craft knife
snowflakes - Impression Obsession
Accessories: unknown star and circle gems, Aleene's tacky glue, Diamond Stickles

For this tag I first ink distressed it then using a stencil I sponged on the shining star image then stamped the musical score and started decorating.

Images: Just For Fun Rubber Stamps - Stamptangle Peace Ornaments, Stamptangle Joy Ornament, Glorious Song
Paper: Tags Assortment Packs, Large Color Kits brown trim, Stampin Up - green, recycled glitter paper, border - Bazzill - teal, The Paper Company - purple, Beckett Expressions Radiance for ornaments
Coloring: Chameleon Pens - ornaments: large - GR3, RD04, BL3,BV4,BG6,CG3, small - RD4,BL3,YO3,VO4
Ink: Memento - Tuxedo Black for ornaments, Grape Jelly for music, Ranger Distress Ink - Vintage Photo, Salty Ocean, Pine Needles (on the pin die cut)
Tools: Perfect Paper Crafting - 1/6" Perfect Layers, Perfect Cutting Mat, Perfect Ruler to line up the border paper to the music image for cutting, Xacto knife, Impression Obsession dies - snowflake, pine branch, Crop A Dile for punching ornament holes
Accessories: Darice - wire, foam tape, Aleene's tacky glue,  Crystal Stickles on ornaments, Stampin Up - gold trim bakers twine, Mark Richards gems and Paper Glaze to attach to paper

The stars can be tags or ornaments and so easy to create!  I used a die to cut all the stars except the largest of the small star which I hand cut and that hanger is a piece of the burlap glued to the back with tacky glue.
The paper portion started out as a tag using Ranger Distress Sprays but went terribly wrong but I can always find a way to use a goofed up project.  So it's paper on burlap or just opposite for each tag.

Images: Just For Fun Rubber Stamps - Glorious Song, Stamptangle Joy Ornament (this is the embossed gold you see on the middle tag
Paper: unknown white,
Fibers: Altered Pages -Burlap, Stampin Up - Stampin Up - gold accented bakers twine

Ranger Distress Sprays - Salty Ocean, Peacock Feathers, Picked Raspberries
Tools: Spellbinder - star dies, cutting scissors, Crop A Dile for circle punching, needle
Accessories: Aleene's tacky glue, unknown buttons, thread

Vintage Christmas Angels

Happy Friday!

Ellie here today, my turn to share a Just For Fun creation with you! As you may already know, this month we are teaming up with Altered Pages, who kindly sent us some fabulous products to play with! I have used products from both Just for Fun Rubber Stamps and Altered Pages on today's cards.

I love these vintage style images, and was thrilled to have received a few collage sheets of them from Altered Pages. By the way, you can buy these in their shop as pre-printed sheets (you can even choose which card stock) or you can buy them as digital prints.
I created a vintage style card using more products from Altered Pages as well as stamps from Just for Fun Rubber Stamps.

I wanted to share a second card made with another image from the collage sheet.

This card is rather clean and simple. Simply framed with gold card stock and added some glitter to the snow and angel's wings. I used the same sentiment as above from Just for Fun. Also used a Glorious Song background stamp from JFF, but sadly it's hardly visible in the photo.

Product List:
Christmas collage sheet, paper border trim, vintage text page, tag and pocket fromAltered Pages

Have a fabulous day everyone!

Merry Christmas Mini Album

Hello all! Welcome to Just For Fun Rubber Stamps blog! Today I'm sharing one of two Holidays projects I created for December using Just For Fun Rubber Stamps and Altered Pages' products. I love the products from both companies, they are such a perfect combination to create this mini album. Thank you Altered Pages for the products they sponsored to make this project!

This is the front of the mini album, to create the distressed look around the cover I used the Momento Dew Drop ink pad from Altered Pages. Mixed the ink with modeling paste and gentle apply on all edges of the mini album's cover. The star border is embossed in gold embossing powder to create the shiny look.

Here are the pages inside the mini album:

Page 1 - Stamped ornament image from JFF on the pocket envelope from Altered Pages

Here is the nested page for the above

Page 2 and 3 - Picture on the left page and note on Page 3. Stamped sentiment from JFF 'Tis the season' on the tag from AP. Love the collage print from AP too, great for embellishing mini album.

Here are the nested pages for the above, more rooms for pictures!

Page 4 and 5 - Picture on the left and right pages (the space for pictures is inside the nested pages shown after this image). Stamped poinsettias from JFF.

Here are the nested pages for pictures

Page 6 and 7 - Open space for pictures

Page 8 and 9 - Decoration on the left page and space for picture on the right (lift the embossed page up to see the pages inside)

Here is how it looks like when the page above is lifted. A small area for putting down notes/details.

Open the notes/details page to discover the pages for pictures.

Page 10 and 11 - More area for notes and details on the left page - a hidden pull out tag and a hidden envelope where you can pull out from the top (see picture after this image).

Here is the second area for note or picture! The right page is a folder made with corrugated paper to serve as storage for pictures! Any extra pictures that can't fit go in here.

Close-up look for the folder

Page 12 and 13 - A picture on the back of the folder - why not?! hehe

Flip the page on the right and here are more nest pages inside, more rooms pictures!

Page 14 and 15 - Left page for picture and right is for notes! Hidden pull out tag with stamped Joy Stamp from JFF!
